This is a part-time contractor position funded for 20 hours a week, with a goal of turning the position into a full time position within 12-18 months. The role will evolve with the maturity of the organization. In time, as the organization grows, we expect this role to expand in terms of impact and capacity. We are looking for someone who is scrappy, motivated by our mission, and is interested in growing an organization from an active community of volunteers running a loose string of campaigns and into an organized, grassroots, powerful advocacy force in Hudson County.
